Lake Country CCS Cutback Orange – light cutting pad for DA and orbital

The CCS Cutback Orange is the most popular cutting pad in Lake Country’s CCS line, positioned between the Yellow (heavy cutting) and the White (polishing). It uses high-density, firm urethane foam, combined with patented CCS technology that keeps the compound active on the surface for longer. The thin, tapered design with recessed velcro (cutback) prevents the backing plate from contacting the paint and facilitates centering on the machine.

Como Usar

Passo 1

Center the pad on the backing plate and apply 3 to 4 dots of cutting polish to the pad face, distributing them between the cells.

Passo 2

Distribute the product evenly at a low speed before increasing it, to prevent splashing and ensure uniform coverage

Passo 3

Work the section with overlapping passes at medium-high speed, without excessive pressure, allowing the foam and the cells to do the work

Passo 4

Remove residues with a clean microfibre cloth and inspect the result under direct light or with an inspection lamp.
