Ultra-Smooth, Zero Cut and Maximum Precision on Your DA

Optical Clarity That No Other Pad in the Range Achieves

While the CCS Black and CCS Green still have some firmness or surface intervention capacity, the CCS Blue is the softest pad in the entire line and exists exclusively to reveal the maximum depth and reflection that the paint can offer.

Perfect Product Distribution with Minimal Pressure

Instead of relying on controlled pressure to spread the product evenly, CCS Blue's ultra-soft composition conforms to the surface and minimises user-applied pressure, which ensures a thin and even layer, even on curved panels and contours.

Safe on Any Paintwork, without Exception

Unlike finishing pads that may still have a slight polishing capability, the CCS Blue has no cutting action at all, which makes it the safest pad in the entire CCS range for soft clear coats, sensitive paints, and delicate finishes that do not tolerate any abrasion.

Lake Country CCS Blue – finessing pad for DA and orbital

The CCS Blue is the softest pad in the entire Lake Country CCS range, positioned below the Black (firm finishing) and above the Red (ultra-soft wax application). It uses an ultra-soft urethane foam with no cutting ability, and a soft composition that provides full surface contact without applying pressure. The patented CCS technology keeps the product on the pad face and releases it gradually during use, reducing friction, heat, and skipping.

How to Use

Step 1

Center the pad on the backing plate and apply 2 to 3 drops of glaze, ultra-fine polish, sealant, or liquid wax to the pad's face

Step 2

Distribute the product over the section at low speed before starting, to ensure a thin and uniform layer without splashing

Step 3

Work in sections with overlapping passes at a low speed, without applying pressure, allowing the weight of the machine and the softness of the foam to do the work.

Step 4

Remove residues with an ultra-soft microfiber cloth and check the depth of reflection under direct light

FAQs

The CCS Black is a finishing pad firm enough to withstand pressure and help mitigate buffer swirls. The CCS Blue is softer, has no structural firmness for correction, and exists exclusively to distribute product with maximum delicacy and reveal optical depth.

The machine with CCS Blue ensures perfectly even mechanical distribution with constant and minimal pressure. The hand can apply too much product in some areas and too little in others. With CCS Blue and DA, the glaze or sealant layer is thin, homogeneous, and without variations.

Only if the paintwork is already in excellent condition, without any visible defects. The CCS Blue does not correct anything, it only reveals and enhances what is already there. If the paintwork has swirls, oxidation or marks, first use the correction and polishing pads from the CCS range.
