Manual kit for restoring yellowed, dull, or finely scratched plastic headlights, combining sanding, polishing, and final sealing of the surface.

Contents: 75 ml Polish, 2 x 5 ml sealants, 2 sponges, sanding block, P3000 sandpaper, P5000 sandpaper, and polishing cloths

How to Use

Step 1

Wash the headlights thoroughly and mask off the surrounding areas, such as the bonnet, bumper, grille, and nearby paintwork.

Step 2

Wet the P3000 sandpaper, attach it to the included holder, and sand with light pressure until the surface is even and slightly matte.

Step 3

Repeat the process with P5000 sandpaper, remove any residue, and apply the polish to the included sponge until the haziness disappears.

Step 4

Apply the sealant to the polishing cloth, spread it over the already polished headlight, and remove any excess after a brief drying period.
