Fewer Steps, Less Time, Same Result

Correct and Refine without Needing to Change Pads

The medium-density foam removes swirls, fine scratches, and light oxidation, while delivering a finish with enough gloss to make a second step unnecessary in most maintenance work.

Edge at 70° that Does Not Skip in Curves

The 70-degree chamfer keeps the pad surface flat against the panel instead of rolling over transitions and contours, reducing the heat, micro-marring, and loss of control a straight-edged pad causes

Central Hole that Releases Heat During Polishing

The central channel acts as ventilation to dissipate the heat accumulated in the foam, keeping the panel's surface cooler and reducing the risk of burning or hazing the varnish.

FAQs

The blue has firmer and denser foam for heavy cutting and deep defect removal. The orange has medium density, designed for intermediate polishing and one-step work. The black is the softest for final finishing. Think of the blue as a first correction step, the orange as a single or intermediate step, and the black as the final touch for shine.

The orange SDO is versatile and works well with most light to medium cutting polishes from any brand. It pairs particularly well with one-step polishes and intermediate cutting compounds.

When facing deep scratches that don’t disappear within three or four passes, severe oxidation, or sanding marks. In these cases, switch to the blue SDO with a more aggressive compound in the first step and then return to the orange pad for refining.
