Wash, Dry and Reuse Your Pads in Less Than a Minute

Clean and Dry Pad in Under a Minute

Instead of stopping to hand wash pads or switching between multiple pads during your session, the Pad Washer 4000 washes and spins your pad directly on your polisher, and in less than a minute your pad is ready to get back to work

Fresh Water with Every Wash, Never Contaminated Water

Unlike traditional pad washer systems that recirculate dirty water and return abrasive particles to the pad, the Pad Washer 4000's Pure Flo technology separates the clean solution from contaminated water in a two-compartment system, ensuring that each wash uses fresh solution.

Pads that Last Longer Because They're Washed Without Damage

While aggressive hand washing or the washing machine can deform the foam and damage the velcro, the slotted wash plate of the Pad Washer 4000 effectively cleans without damaging the pad's structure, extending the life of all your foam, wool, and microfiber pads

Lake Country Pad Washer 4000 – pad washing system

The Pad Washer 4000 is a self-contained pad washing system featuring Lake Country's patented Pure Flo technology. The concept is simple yet ingenious: a bucket with two compartments separated by a sealed catch basin. The clean solution sits in the lower compartment, and when you press the wash plate with the polisher, a positive displacement pump (German engineering) pumps fresh solution onto the pad. Dirty water is retained in the upper compartment and can be poured out without contaminating the clean solution below.

  • Compatible with Random Orbital, DA, and Rotary polishers
  • Accepts foam, wool, and microfiber pads up to 9" (23 cm) in diameter
  • Uses only 6 liters of water (50% less than other systems)
  • Constructed from polypropylene and fiberglass-reinforced nylon

How to Use

Step 1

Fill the bucket with clean water to the indicated level and add one sachet of Snappy Clean Boost or a low-foam pad cleaner.

Step 2

With the dirty pad mounted on the polisher, insert it into the system and turn on the machine at a very low speed while repeatedly pressing the wash plate to activate the pump.

Step 3

Move the pad over the entire surface of the grooved platter to ensure each zone is cleaned, and check the clarity of the water coming off the pad.

Step 4

Raise the pad slightly above the plate (approx. 1 cm) and gradually increase the speed to spin and dry the pad within the system.

FAQs

Only use low-foaming cleaners, such as Lake Country’s Snappy Clean Boost or a mild degreaser. High-foaming detergents can clog the pump and cause damage to the system. Avoid dishwashing liquid or hand soap.

Yes, it accepts foam, wool, and microfiber pads from 3" to 9" in diameter. It works with pads from any Lake Country range (CCS, Force, HDO) and other brands, as long as they fit the system.

No. The grooved plate was designed to clean effectively without damaging the foam structure. The grooves massage the pad and help dislodge residue, and the central zone has a "combing" effect that is particularly useful for microfiber pads.
