Como Usar

Passo 1

Attach the pad to the orbital sander and apply drops of cutting compound onto the fibers.

Passo 2

Spread the product at low speed over a 60 x 60 cm area before increasing the rotation speed.

Passo 3

Work in straight passes at high speed with controlled pressure until the defect disappears

Clean the pads with compressed air or a pad cleaner between panels to maintain a consistent cut

This pad was designed exclusively for orbital and random orbital polishers. For rotary polishers, Zvizzer offers the Thermo Nano Wool Pad, which is optimized for the type of rotation and direct pressure generated by a rotary polisher.

A heavy-cut foam pad on an orbital polisher has a material removal limit. When dealing with hard clear coats, deep scratches, or sanding marks, foam simply can't cut deeper. Thermo Hybrid overcomes this limit thanks to its wool and fibre blend, giving you correction capabilities previously only possible with a rotary polisher.

In most cases yes, though the finish will be significantly cleaner than that of a pure wool pad. A refining step with a finishing foam pad and a fine polish will remove residual marks and deliver the final gloss. On softer clear coats, the refining may be minimal.
