The Blue Hybrid Foamed Wool is a knitted wool pad featuring Lake Country's patented Nano Foamed Wool technology. It combines lamb's wool fibres with a process that encapsulates the base of each fibre with polyurethane foam microparticles. The result is a denser, firmer pad than the classic Purple Foamed Wool, with more foam in the core, offering cutting ability similar to a natural sheepskin pad but with a finish closer to a foam pad. Quality is consistent from pad to pad, unlike the natural variation of sheepskin pads.

Como Usar

Passo 1

Centre the pad on the backing plate and apply 4 to 5 pea-sized dots of cutting compound to the wool, allowing the product to penetrate the fibres slightly

Passo 2

Distribute the compound over the section at low speed before increasing the rotation, to avoid product and fiber splashes.

Passo 3

Work the section with overlapping passes at medium speed, keeping the machine moving constantly and without excessive pressure.

Passo 4

Wipe off residue with a clean microfiber cloth and inspect finish under direct lighting or with an inspection lamp
