Open-cell reticulated foam pad with thermo-stable technology and a trapezoidal profile. Ultra-soft hardness (1/5), 20mm thickness, inner hole for foam relaxation. Made in Germany. Compatible with orbital and rotary polishers.

How to Use

Step 1

Attach the bonnet to the polisher's backing pad and apply drops of fine finishing polish onto the foam.

Step 2

Distribute the product at low speed before working the panel at medium speed.

Step 3

Polish in straight, overlapping passes with minimal pressure until the polish is transparent

Step 4

Wipe off the residue with a soft microfiber cloth and check the finish under inspection light

The difference lies in the thermoset foam. Conventional finishing pads soften with heat and lose consistency mid-session, reducing control over the result. The Thermo Trapez maintains stable hardness and shape regardless of temperature, and lasts 5 to 6 times longer. If you polish frequently, the difference is noticeable in cost and the consistency of the finish.

It is not recommended. With a hardness of 1 out of 5, this pad was designed for the final step with fine finishing polishes like UC1000 or FC2000. If you need medium cut, use a pad suitable for that step.

Clean with lukewarm water or a pad washer during and after the session. Avoid compressed air, as it can damage the open-cell structure and shorten the foam's life. For deep cleaning, Zvizzer Pad Cleaner dissolves dry residues without degrading the material.
