For Deep Scratches and Resistant Varnishes

Strong Cut that Maximizes Compound

With a hardness of 4 out of 5, the red pad maximises the performance of heavy cutting compounds, removing deep scratches, severe swirls and oxidation that medium-hard pads simply cannot achieve.

Thermo Foam That Does Not Flatten Under Pressure

Thermoset foam maintains firmness and structure throughout the correction session, while a conventional cutting pad yields with heat and loses abrasiveness with each panel

Trapezoidal Profile Even in Aggressive Cutting

The progressive edge distributes pressure in a controlled manner along edges and creases, preventing strong cutting from marking the paint in transition areas, as happens with flat pads with a straight edge

Zvizzer Thermo Trapez Pad Red – strong cutting pad

Open-cell reticulated foam pad with thermo-stable technology and a trapezoidal profile. Strong hardness (4/5), 20 mm thickness, inner hole for foam relaxation. Made in Germany. Compatible with orbital and rotary polishers. Use with heavy and medium-cut compounds.

How to Use

Step 1

Place the buffing pad on the polisher plate and apply drops of cutting compound onto the foam.

Step 2

Spread at low speed with cross movements before increasing the rotation

Step 3

Work at medium-high speed with firm pressure until the defect disappears

Step 4

Remove residue with a microfiber cloth and proceed to refinement with an orange or yellow pad

Preguntas frecuentes

When orange polish doesn't remove the defect in a few passes. Deep scratches, sanding marks from P2000, severe oxidation, and pronounced swirls in hard clear coats are scenarios where the red pad's hardness of 4/5 makes a difference. If you only work with light wear and maintenance, the orange pad is sufficient.

It's likely, especially with dark or soft polishes. The red is a first-step correction pad, and the final result always depends on the refinement you do afterward. A pass with the orange (medium) or yellow (soft) and a fine polish will eliminate residual marks and deliver a mirrored shine.

It works with both. On a rotary polisher, the red pad provides maximum cutting power for the most severe defects. On an orbital polisher, the cutting power is naturally less due to the machine's mechanics, but the 4/5 hardness allows for more correction than would be possible with the orange pad. If you only have an orbital polisher and are facing heavy defects, the red pad is the right choice before considering wool.
