The Refinement Step That Makes the Paintwork Shine

Subtle Refinement without Losing Correction

With a hardness of 2 out of 5, the yellow pad offers more correcting power than the ultra-soft green pad, but with enough softness to refine without creating new marks with the right balance between cutting and finishing

Thermo foam that doesn't lose shape with heat

The open-cell, thermoset foam maintains constant hardness throughout the entire session, while a conventional pad softens and loses control as the temperature rises.

Trapezoidal Profile for Clean Edge Work

The progressive profile prevents the edge of the pad from marking the paint near trims and curves, allowing you to work the entire panel up to the edge without fear of abrupt transitions.

Zvizzer Thermo Trapez Pad Yellow – gentle refinement pad

Open-cell reticulated foam pad with thermo-stable Thermo technology and trapezoidal profile. Soft hardness (2/5), 20 mm thickness, inner hole for foam relaxation. Made in Germany. Compatible with orbital and rotary polishers.

How to Use

Step 1

Step 3

Polish in straight passes with light pressure until the polish is transparent.

Step 4

Remove residues with a soft microfiber cloth and check under inspection light

Preguntas frecuentes

The yellow one has a hardness of 2 out of 5, and the green one has 1 out of 5. In practice, the yellow one removes light micro-scratches and refines more effectively, while the green one is purely for final finishing and hologram removal on very sensitive clear coats. If you're only going to have one finishing pad, the yellow one is the more versatile of the two.

Yes, in most polishes, the yellow delivers a high-gloss finish without the need for an additional step with the green. In very soft or dark polishes where any mark is noticeable, you might want to finish with the green to ensure zero visible holograms. In medium to hard polishes, the yellow is sufficient as a final step.

Choose the pad size based on the diameter of your polisher's backing plate. The velcro side of the pad should match the plate (e.g., 125 mm velcro pad for a 125 mm plate). The working side is larger due to the trapezoidal profile, which provides more contact area without requiring a larger plate.
