How to Use

Step 1

Place the disc onto the backing pad and wet the sanding surface with clean water

Step 2

Sand with straight and cross movements at low speed, keeping the surface wet.

Step 3

Progress from the coarsest to the finest grit until you achieve a uniformly sanded surface

Step 4

Dry and proceed to polish with a Thermo pad and suitable compound to remove sanding marks

It depends on the severity of the defect. For pronounced orange peel or clear coat leveling, start with P1500 and progress up to P3000 or P6000. For minor defects or refining before polishing, P3000 or P6000 alone may suffice. When in doubt, start with the finer grit and only go coarser if it's not enough.
