Consistent Cutting from First to Last Panel

Aggressive Cut without Leaving Holograms

Combines the abrasiveness of a rotary wool pad with the smooth finish of an orbital, delivering heavy correction with fewer swirl marks than natural wool.

Synthetic Bristles that Don't Shed Fibres

Unlike natural wool which can shed lint onto compound and paint, synthetic bristles remain intact throughout the session, simplifying clean-up between panels.

Thermo Foam that Holds its Shape Under Pressure

The thermoset intermediate layer distributes pressure evenly and dissipates heat, preventing the pad from softening and losing cut mid-job.

Zvizzer Thermo Velour Wool Pad – synthetic wool pad for orbital polishers

Polishing pad made of high-quality synthetic bristles on a thermo-stable foam. Successor to the Doodle Wool-Pad White. Designed exclusively for orbital and eccentric polishers. Lint-free. Use with abrasive cutting compounds. Clean with compressed air or pad cleaner.

How to Use

Step 1

Attach the pad to the orbital backing plate and apply a few drops of cutting compound onto the pad.

Step 2

Spread at low speed over a 60 x 60 cm area before increasing to working speed

Step 3

Work straight runs at high speed until the defect disappears

Step 4

Clean the bristles with compressed air or pad cleaner between panels to maintain the cut.

Preguntas frecuentes

Thermo Hybrid is 50% natural Merino wool and 50% synthetic fibre, while Velour uses 100% synthetic bristles. In practice, Velour tends to leave a cleaner finish with fewer fibre residues, while Hybrid can offer slightly more raw cut. Choose Velour if you prioritise a finish that is easier to refine.

In most cases, yes, especially on hard clear coats. A pass with a finishing foam pad and fine polish removes residual marks and delivers the final shine. On soft clear coats, the Velour's finish may be sufficient with minimal refining.

Yes, high-quality synthetic bristles achieve a cutting level very close to natural wool in an orbital polisher. The advantage is that they don't shed lint and maintain their structure for longer, which pays off in long sessions where consistency matters more than the absolute peak cut.
