Koch Chemie Maritima Gelcoat Fine Cut Gf6.01 – Fine Cut Polish for Gelcoat and Marine Paint

Machine polish for gelcoats and boat paints with medium wear. Removes medium scratches, oxidation, chalking and dull areas, leaving the hull prepared for a finishing polish or sealant. Silicone oil-free. Compatible with dark colours.

Applicable with rotary and eccentric polisher (DA, dual action, random orbital polisher)

How to Use

Step 1

Thoroughly wash, decontaminate, and degrease the hull to remove salt and residues before polishing.

Step 2

Apply 5 pea-sized dots of product to a Fine Cut pad and spread evenly in a crosshatch pattern over the surface.

Step 3

Works in rotary mode at around 1000 rpm or in eccentric mode at the highest speed with moderate pressure

Step 4

Wipe off residue with a clean polishing cloth and seal afterwards with Marine Protective Sealant or equivalent.
